Our robust Micro and Macro Granulating Machines are able to process many difficult materials with ease. They are useful for E-Waste, Secondary Fuel RDF/SRF or Cable Granulation. Donasonic offers two types of Granulators for fine shredding applications, being the MICRO High Capacity Granulator and the MACRO High Speed Fine Granulator.

The Donasonic ‘Micro Granulator’ series is an one-shaft high performance shredding machine with rotor and stator blades. Optional sizes and configurations tailor the machine to your exact requirements. For use in RDF/SRF production the cutting shaft, blade holders and internal cutting space are constructed from wear resistant steel. The tool steel blades maximise the cutting performance and service intervals, with real world throughputs up to 20 TPH.

MACRO LINE - High Speed Granulator
HIGH SPEED FINE GRANULATOR / FOR FINE SHREDDING PROCESSES

Designed to produce small particle sizes at high throughputs up to 3 TPH and particle sizes of up to 20mm. The high-speed rotor design allows the material to circulate in the cutting chamber resulting in the maximum number of cuts for a given cycle time. For fine milling of plastics, rubber, cable or integrated as part of our processing systems, the Macro is a key machine in the size reduction process.
